About

Our work begins with family.

Seize The Days is the concierge recovery arm of True North Recovery Group. We walk families from the first phone call through intervention, placement, and the quieter labor of aftercare.

About Us

Our work begins with family.

After years in clinical treatment settings, we've seen that recovery often starts long before someone enters a program. It begins with the people who care enough to reach out. Families need support, direction, and a process that blends structure, accountability, and compassion.

Sometimes, willingness needs a hand.

We help families take the first steps toward change by creating safety, setting boundaries, and building trust. Interventions aren't about forcing treatment. They're about guiding loved ones toward readiness and giving families the tools to stay connected throughout the process.

Compassion without collusion

We honor the love in the room and refuse to protect the illness. Families can be kind and still be clear.

Structure that steadies

Crisis makes people chaotic. A process with roles, language, and a plan for yes and for not-yet gives everyone somewhere to stand.

The family is the first unit of care

Recovery does not begin at admission. It begins with the people who reach out. We treat that reaching as clinical work, not an afterthought.
