FAQ's

Discover the benefits of choosing us for comprehensive family intervention services. From personalized support to aftercare, we prioritize the well-being and healing of every family we serve.

Is an intervention confrontational?

Not with us. We use a non-shaming, clinically guided approach centered on compassion and clarity, not judgment.

How long does the process take?

Preparation isn't rushed. Many families work with us anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on what's needed for safety, clarity, and readiness. We adapt the timeline to the family, not the other way around.

Do you help us choose a treatment center?

Yes. We match clients with programs based on clinical needs, insurance, specialties, and our direct relationships with vetted facilities.

What is a pre-intervention meeting?

It is a private conversation with our team before any family meeting takes place. We listen to the history, assess safety, explain the process, and decide together whether an intervention, a walkthrough, or another path is the right next step. There is no pressure to proceed.

What happens in a process walkthrough?

We map the whole arc with you: who is involved, what will be said, how treatment entry works, and what the family does if the answer is not yes. Families leave with a written picture of the path, not a speech they have to invent under stress.

Do we have to wait until our loved one hits bottom?

No. Waiting for a bottom is one of the most harmful myths in recovery. Readiness can be invited, structured, and supported. Early action often preserves more of the relationship, and more of your loved one's health.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Conversations with our team are handled with clinical discretion. We will tell you what we can and cannot share, and we never contact a loved one without a plan the family has agreed to.

What if this is an emergency?

If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. For a mental health or substance-use crisis, call or text 988. Our team is for planned, clinically guided intervention and care navigation, not emergency response.

Still unsure?

Read the packet, or skip it and talk with us. Both are legitimate first steps.
